Core Synergistics:
This one I was expecting to be one of the hardest. It is 57min long and we end up using dumbbells, yoga mat, and towel. It does a little bit of everything using basically all the body, for example there is an exercise where you do lunges with weights, then do dumbbell kickbacks, then get straight and do dumbbell curls, then shoulder press and then reverse it to the curls and go back to the straight position and that's one rep (Its like 25 reps or so). Anyway it also works some abs doing those hideous superman/banana things and some push ups variations that gets everything going. The banana rolls do require some space to do it right and in our case is extremely hard to do so (with a wall and the bed in the middle) and I end up cheating a little, but still try my best to do it even when I roll to the floor. After finishing this one it doesn't feel like my body is sore the next day, but the muscle do feel kind of fatigue so you know its working.
